Dreamsinger stalked a mouse her ears twicthed with consentration. Her brown fur prickled, as it always did.
I wounder if I can actually catch it this time...
Dreamsinger pounced and missed, she cursed,
"You mouse-brained fool!"
she growled to herself.

darkstar looked at dreamsinger."dont get to hyped up and curse yourself for something that isnt your fault." he said with his eyes closed and sniffing the air his tail swaying again. He opened his eyes and snacted up a mouse with his paw and offered it to dreamsinger smiling.

Again Dreamsinger cursed,
"Thanks...."
sighing she whimpered,
"Why can you do it and I can't?"
tears welled up in her blue eyes.
Her brown fur lay flat on her body for once but her heart beat
fast.
Her tail and ears drooped sadly,
I can't do anything...
(Sorry she's always been my emotional character)

"its all about the timing dreamsinger.Just wait for it to come to you." he said and gently wiped the tears from her eyes with his tail. he smiled at her and went back to hunting sitting there not moveing with his eyes closed.

Dreamsinger gave him a half-hearted smile and saw a mouse near by, she dropped into a crouch like she had always been taught and pounced killing it at once.
"I did it!"
she squeaked like an apprentice catching it's first pray.
She licked Darkstar's cheek and berried the mouse. She would return for it later. Soon she was stalking a squirrel, as it fled from her she dashed after it nearing the loner lands.

he opened his eyes and smiled at dreamsinger "good job." he said and looked at another mouse but ignored it and watch dreamsinger run after a squirrel, his eyes widen as she was closeing into the land of the loners and sprinted after her yelling out her name as he ran " DREAMSINGER!!!!" he yelled and ran at top speed catching up rapidly.

Dreamsinger skidded to a stop then noticed how far she'd gone and blushed,
"Sorry..."
she mumbled her fur standing on end as the Squirrel ran up a tree. Her head hung with shame. She wasn't good at this.
"I must be such a bother..."
she whispered to her leader.
Dreamsinger started to walk back over to where she had berried the mouse and undug(not a word) it. Ready to take it back to camp she looked up at Darkstar tearfully.

"Nonsence." darkstar said. "your no bother at all." he walked over to dreamsinger and nuzzled her trying to comfort her."Ready to go back to camp?" he asked her smileing slightly.

Dreamsinger blushed at his touch, not able to find her voice she nodded, staring at the handsome tom.
Why haven't I noticed before...?
She asked herself.

Dreamsinger padded after him still not able to speak. Her fur found it's normal prickle again. And she smiled lightly.
